Consultation

Our service can be scheduled around any hectic work day. Consultations take as little as 20 minutes and can be arranged during morning, lunch or afternoon breaks. If the use of a meeting room is not possible then fit2suit can provide the use of one of their private meeting rooms located within the city centre.

Fit2suit provide a full image consultation where advice is given on the styles and cut that will compliment each individual shape. The vital measurements are taken enabling one of our tailors to cut the unique suit for the individual. All measurements are recorded to be used when re-ordering.

Ordering a suit

The price of each suit will depend upon the individual’s personal requirements. During the consultation the fit2suit consultant will explain all the options available.

Payment

A deposit of 50% of the total price is required when any order is placed (payable by cash, card or cheque). The outstanding balance is to be paid in full upon receipt of the suit.

Delivery and care of your suit

Fit2suit will contact the client within 20 working days to arrange the first suit fitting. Any alterations that are required are inclusive of the price. The outstanding balance is to be paid in full when the client is fully happy with the fit of the garment, upon receipt of the suit. All fit2suit garments come with a breathable fit2suit carrier, suit hanger all with our compliments. We recommend that each suit is steam cleaned or alternatively dry cleaned.

Returns

If the customer is not happy we will do everything reasonably possible to rectify any concerns that they have.
